- To request a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return label and detailed return instructions. We offer free return shipping, so you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please note that the refund amount may be adjusted based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return.
- If the return window exceeds 30 days, the product will no longer be eligible for a refund but can still be covered under the warranty and replacement service.
4. Product Warranty and Replacement
- All our products come with a 1-year warranty. If your product experiences a defect due to quality issues within the warranty period, you are eligible for a free replacement.
- The warranty covers damages resulting from normal use and not caused by human error or misuse. Issues due to improper handling will not be covered under the warranty.
